Begin your experience with a personal call from me to discuss the whole process and so I can learn what is most important to you. My main goal is creating a memorable, enjoyable experience for you. This is all about celebrating motherhood and family. So we begin with a call to make sure all your doubts and questions are heard and your dreams can be realized. 

 I know one of the most stressful parts of family photos is planning and coordinating everyone's clothing! So I have created a boutique wardrobe for all clients to use for their session. It includes dresses for moms, outfits for kids and shirts for dads. The wardrobe also helps create a simple and timeless look to your photos so they won't look out of date or loud hanging on your walls. 

Come as you are! Feeling beautiful for your photos and creating a stress free experience are our top priorities. Your hair and makeup is included in your session fee. You don't have to do anything extra in preparation for your photos. My philosophy of photos is to create a simple, joyful experience that everyone will honestly enjoy. With years of experience of wild toddlers, screaming babies and difficult pre-teens, I've seen it all, and I love it all. There's no stage of life that is too difficult to be photographed and every stage is worth celebrating and remembering. 

Part of creating a memorable portrait experience is getting the experience of the "reveal". You've just poured time and energy into the photo process and you don't want an anti-climactic email with a link to view your photos. This is a luxury experience and viewing your photos for the first time is the highlight. At this point we'll sit down together and view your gallery and plan your heirlooms together. Where your photos end up is perhaps the most important aspect of your photography session. All too often it is completely overlooked. The time and money invested in the session deserve more than sitting on a hard drive somewhere forgotten. You'll never get the same feeling looking at a screen as you will a framed work or flipping the pages of an album. This is where we'll create a plan together for your photos and then you get to leave the reveal knowing I will take care of the rest for you. Nothing is left to chance. Your photos will be preserved in a meaningful manner.
