Milestone Sessions are a great way to document growing babies or children. You often see these included in “Baby Plans.” I sort of offer a baby plan but it has a lot of flexibility. Essentially you can choose to reserve 3 or 4 sessions within an 18 month period. These could be Maternity, Newborn, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1st birthday, toddler… Its totally up to you! I also have clients who enroll in the membership to have multiple family sessions within the year. I really enjoy the memberships because its so fun to see kids as they grow!

I did these sweet girls newborn session back in October. It was lovely to see them again right at the age when they’re beginning to sit and experiment with crawling. I think this is an important time to capture because before you know if they’ll be walking… And once they’re walking. That’s it. Another thing they do at this age that I love to document is when they lay on their backs, they love to hold their feet or even put their feet in their mouth. They’re super smiley and love hearing funny noises. When you schedule milestone portraits you don’t have to worry about buying new outfits, I provide plenty of options in the studio for you to borrow, in addition to dresses for moms, dads and siblings.
